These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Blue Label Commerce's website and services. By contacting us, requesting a mockup, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Blue Label Commerce provides custom web development, client retention automation (SMS/ email workflows, missed-call text-back, review requests), local SEO/Google Business Profile optimization, and managed hosting. A custom homepage mockup is provided free with no obligation. If you approve the design, the full build is a flat $500 fee. Automation and hosting services are billed on a recurring subscription basis; exact pricing is quoted based on scope before you're billed.
The $500 design fee is due upon your approval of the mockup, before work on the full build begins. Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
By providing your mobile number, you may opt in to receive text messages from Blue Label Commerce related to your inquiry, project updates, or appointment/callback confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Upon full payment, you own the final website delivered to you. Blue Label Commerce retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or internal systems used to build it that are not part of the final deliverable.
Blue Label Commerce provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may end an ongoing subscription service at any time by notifying the other. One-time services (e.g., the flat-fee website build) are considered complete upon delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
